Our client is looking for an exceptional Employment Support Officer to join their Income and Tenancy Support Team and deliver high quality advice and support to ensure their residents have the right skills to enter employment. You’ll work with residents to develop individual action plans with them, helping them set achievable goals that will support their future aspirations.
You'll already possess or be working towards an advice and guidance qualification and will have a strong track record of achieving positive outcomes for clients. Your ability to manage a busy and varied workload with enthusiasm and drive would be an advantage.
You will be confident and have a natural ability to build supportive, trusting relationships with people from a range of backgrounds.
