Embedded in either Primary or Secondary Care and Community Health Teams, you will be delivering employment support to clients in parallel to the health treatment being delivered by NHS clinicians. Working intensively with clients who have Mental Health and other disabilities which impacts on their ability to gain work, assisting them to obtain and sustain employment that is consistent with their vocational goals, following the eight principles of IPS. Meeting and exceeding performance targets for referrals, employer engagement, job starts and sustainment, in compliance with contractual guidelines and quality procedures.
This position is field based but covering the Enfield borough, so flexibility to travel around will be required.
Key experience we are looking for:
*Proven track record of understanding and demonstrate having worked with mental health clients
*Clinical recruitment would be ideal
*Good communication skills
*Very good attention to detail as all reports and systems used are subject to audits
