My client, an Award winning B Corp Certified Law Practice are recruiting a Employment Solicitor (2-5 years PQW). Experience of advocacy in court / tribunal /chambers settings, ability to manage own caseload and commercial, practical and financial awareness expected.

Responsibilities include:

*Advising on day to day HR and Employment Law issues

*Drafting employment contracts, policies and staff handbooks

*Handling and advising Settlement Agreements, Redundancy, and Employment Tribunal claims

*Supporting corporate transactions with employment law input (TUPE, due diligence etc )

*Assisting with business development, client training sessions and marketing initiatives

*Exposure to Claimant and respondent work
