Restrictive covenants
Unfair dismissal
Discrimination

Key Responsibilities
Handle client matters efficiently, ensuring progress is maintained and clients are regularly updated on case developments and associated costs.
Advise on and draft settlement agreements with a confident and practical approach.
Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and security concerning all firm and client documentation and information.
Meet agreed financial targets, including fee income and chargeable hours.
Liaise effectively with the credit control team to support financial objectives.
Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues across the firm.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with external organisations and institutions.
Take responsibility for your own professional growth and development.
Ensure compliance with the training and professional development requirements of the SRA and Law Society.
