This is a great opportunity for an experienced Employment or Litigation Solicitor to join an established Exeter based Civil Litigation and Employment department in an enriched role.
If you are an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive and have a background within Employment/Litigation and have been looking for an opportunity to develop your remit - this could be the role for you.
This is a broad opportunity to handle a comprehensive caseload of general litigation and employment matters including: - Land and property disputes, contentious probate, employment disputes, contract drafting, professional negligence and consumer disputes, contract disputes, commercial and residential possession proceedings, landlord and tenant disputes, rent and debt recovery.
Our client’s Litigation and Employment team advise on many aspects of civil litigation and has experience in dealing with disputes for both businesses and clients.
The department also advises both employers and employees on many areas of employment law and deals with all aspects of clinical negligence and personal injury, from the relatively minor to the very serious.
If you enjoy diversification in your role, are at 3PQE (+) in a related area and would like to take on a new challenge - this truly is a rare opportunity.

- 3PQE(+) in Employment/Litigation
- Business Development skills
- Ability to build strong relationships both within and outside the organisation
- An interesting in aiding the development of more junior lawyers
- Strong communication skills
