An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded Warwickshire law firm. This role is rewarded with a competitive salary depending on the Employment Solicitor's experience, along with excellent benefits.

About the role

The Employment team carry out a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment and education matters. Daily work of the Employment Solicitor will involve advising on a range of issues including employment tribunal and litigation proceedings, mediation, discrimination, whistleblowing, TUPE and the drafting of various employment documentation.

An active involvement in business development and marketing is essential in order to maintain and develop a strong network for the department and firm.

About the person

The Employment Solicitor must be a UK qualified solicitor ideally with a minimum of six months experience in an employment seat during their training contract all the way up to 7 years' PQE.

Desired attributes of the Employment Solicitor include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving and negotiation skills and commercial acumen. This firm are looking for an independent thinker with an enthusiastic attitude and a strong ambition for career development.
