Employment Solicitor (Respondent) - 6-10yrs PQE

Employment Solicitor required for a different, busy, expanding Yorkshire ABS.

The right candidate will be an experienced Employment Solicitor and you will be advising on the full range of employment law matters. You will be joining an expanding team. The work is mainly respondent and contentious although you may advise occasionally on non-contentious matters.

This is not a traditional Law Firm and they do not work like Private Practice. This role would be perfect for those who want to work at a disruptive practice.

You will be advising on a wide range of issues including unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, and Whistleblowing.

The business is going from strength to strength and has won numerous awards this year. They are staff focused and offer fantastic training and development. Staff well-being is also high on their list of priorities - they have regular Yoga, Pilates and Personal Trainer classes and have a really active social scene.
