An opening has emerged for an Employment Solicitor with a good grounding in advising commercial clients on a variety of Employment matters. You will work closely with clients and colleagues and you should have a keen eye for service delivery.
You can expect to act for individuals and a broad range of companies including SMEs and FTSE companies. The role will involve advising on a wide range of areas in the employment cycle, both contentious and non-contentious, including contracts, unfair dismissal, negotiating exits, redundancies and restructuring, equal pay, TUPE and discrimination.
The team is a happy and cohesive and is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and bright candidate in response to increasing volumes of work. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients both local, national and international.
You will be efficient, self-motivated, organised, a multi tasker, a communicator and possess a real 'can do' attitude, able to work under pressure, have an eye for detail and undoubtedly be IT literate. An ability and willingness to complete marketing and business development activities is essential.
