This role is an exciting opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join the London based office, undertaking advocacy in the employment tribunal. The successful Employment Solicitor will advise on a full scope of contentious and non-contentious cases dealing with respondent and claimant work, this role offers an opportunity to work with high net worth clients and substantial businesses. Managing a full and varied caseload of employment issues which may include drafting documentation; witness statements and legal submissions; negotiating and; restructuring. Additionally, the Employment Solicitor should be keen to participate in business development initiatives and push the firm forward within a demanding marketplace.
Applications are welcome from qualified Solicitors with at least 1-2 years PQE.
With a solid academic background and current knowledge of Employment Law.
Highly technical and personable with excellent communications skills across the board.
It is essential that you have good organisational skills, able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
A flair for business marketing and desire for professional development is highly advantageous.
