A vacancy has now arisen for an experienced solicitor to join the employment team in the Wimbledon office.
The employment team advises both employers and employees in contentious and non-contentious work. You will be assisting with the full remit of employment law matters, such as disciplinary and grievance proceedings, discrimination, bullying and boardroom disputes, negotiating termination/severance packages, and advising on a wide range of matters such as performance management, redundancies, TUPE and ACAS. This is a great opportunity to join a leading firm and which offers a busy caseload of quality instructions and a supportive, ambitious working environment.
The firm is looking for applications from 5+ years’ PQE solicitors who have a strong background in employment law matters, preferably gained within a Legal 500, City or heavyweight regional practice;
Combining first-class technical expertise, excellent drafting skills, a commercial outlook and a practical, problem-solving approach;
An excellent team player, and a good communicator with colleagues and clients alike;
A strong and persuasive negotiator with robust advocacy skills.
