DURATION: 12 months
An exciting opportunity has become available with the thriving employment department of this growing national firm. This 12 month fixed term contract will see the appointed Employment Solicitor joining the team at a very busy time, taking autonomous responsibility for a caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including contract a document drafting, TUPE Consultations, unfair dismissals, disciplinary matter and breach of contract. You will play a key role in the successful conclusion of contentious matters at tribunal and, in some cases, at court. This is a 12 month contract which may be subject to extension for the right Employment Solicitor.
The firm will be keen to speak to an Employment Solicitor who has held a condition free practising certificate for a minimum of 2 years. Prior experience of handling your own caseload, taking full responsibility for progressing cases with the support of Paralegals or Legal Secretaries, is essential. You will have a real interest in employment law and be looking for an opportunity to gain high quality experience in a leading national firm.
