A brand new opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a busy practice in Newcastle.

The role is exclusively claimant work and mainly of a contentious nature. The work includes a range of claims including :

Agency Worker Rights

bullying and Harassment

Discrimination

Disciplinary Hearings

Equal Pay

Holiday Pay

Grievances at Work

Maternity and Shared Parental Rights

Redundancy

Settlement and compromise agreements

TUPE

Whistleblowing

You will have the support of a talented Legal Executive and up to date IT systems.

Its likely the successful candidate will have 3years PQE +, be motivated, have a proven track record in dealing with claimant employment law matters.

Full or 4 days will be considered.
