Employment Solicitor (2 - 4 year PQE)

Zest Recruitment and Legal Consultancy are recruiting for a Employment Solicitor to join a Top 50 progressive, dynamic Law Firm in Birmingham or Manchester.

The Firm are looking to recruit an associate to support our growing healthcare employment practice working with senior and junior lawyers to support and assist clients in connection with a wide range of employment matters with a particular focus on Employment Tribunal litigation.

Experience of healthcare is not essential for this role as you will be supported by a friendly, approachable team of experienced lawyers to support you as you get acquainted with the sector and our clients. The work is varied, interesting and stimulating and enables the individual to engage with clients at a senior level through their case work but whilst also receiving support and supervision from your colleagues and supervisor.
