We have a fantastic opportunity for an Employment & Skills Trainer to join our employment team at Orbit covering the Midlands, South and East of England. We are passionate in providing training to our customers to support them into sustainable employment.
As an Employment & Skills Trainer you will work with local partners and stakeholders to develop and deliver confidence & employment skills. We are seeking an innovative person to come up with pioneering and exciting ideas to engage and motivate individuals from a variety of backgrounds and circumstances to increase interest into employment or training.
We are seeking a solution finder and motivator who is enthusiastic, dynamic and experienced in delivering to customers who have multiple barriers.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience working in employment support, developing and delivering training to vulnerable customers, with a proven track record of achieving targets and locating additional funding contracts.
This role requires an ambitious individual that has the ability to create quality training programmes as well as deliver them with inspiration and flare. You will possess strong IT skills, including PowerPoint and Excel programmes.
This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday with the ability to be flexible and carry out some unsociable hours when required.
