What You'll Do

As an Employment PSL you'll:

• Lead on delivering high-quality knowhow, training, and legal products.

• Drive innovation by developing resources aligned with evolving market needs.

• Provide strategic insights into legal developments for clients and internal teams.

• Design impactful training programmes for lawyers and clients alike.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years' experience as an employment lawyer in the UK legal sector gained at a reputable law firm.

• Comprehensive experience as an employment lawyer within a UK law firm spanning at least eight years post-qualification. Proven track record of client-facing work across diverse areas of employment law demonstrating commercial acumen. Enthusiasm for driving positive change within legal practice through practical solutions-oriented thinking. Flexible approach combined with strategic vision enabling effective collaboration among high-performing peers.

• Proven expertise in handling complex client matters with commercial acumen.
• A passion for innovation, training, and driving positive change within the legal industry.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
