Job Description

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to announce this fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Legal Secretary working within the employment team. Our client is looking for an experienced legal secretary to provide support to their employment team. The successful individual will work to the highest standards to maintain a professional service for clients. You will need to have previous legal secretary experience as you will be working to support employment lawyers, overseeing including immigration, data protection and privacy, pensions, tax and intellectual property.

Job Role

  • Providing secretary and administrative support to the highest standard.
  • Supporting employment lawyers.
  • Diary Management.
  • Client Interaction.
  • Record Keeping, file management and document production.
  • Preparing correspondence, documents and bills.

Key Skills

  • Excellent and accurate IT skills.
  • Excellent dictation skills.
  • Flexible, adapted and able to cope under pressure.
  • High standard of presentation skills which reflects clearly in their work.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent telephone and communications skills.
  • Be able to deliver a quality service both internally and externally.
  • Needs to be pro-active, with the ability to work as a team or by themselves.
