Employment Solicitor / Associate - London

Austen Lloyd is currently seeking an Employment Solicitor with a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience (PQE) for our client's expanding team. This role involves providing comprehensive advice on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. Responsibilities include advising on employment contracts and policies, managing performance and absence, handling disciplinary and grievance procedures, overseeing restructurings and redundancies, and managing settlement agreements. Additionally, the role requires expertise in TUPE regulations and other corporate employment issues as they arise. Familiarity with Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advising on a wide range of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious
* Drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies
* Managing performance and absence issues, disciplinary and grievance procedures
* Handling restructuring, redundancies, and settlement agreements
* Advising on TUPE and other corporate employment issues
* Representing clients in Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
