Employment Lawyer

One of the best employment teams in Sussex is currently looking for someone to join them as they see a continued rise in employment work over the last six months.

Here you can expect to be advising both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law and human resources, and occasionally on business immigration;
Managing employment tribunal and county court litigation and advising on Settlement Agreements as well as drafting employment contracts, handbooks and policies; Dealing with TUPE and transactional support work.

As the successful candidate you will be a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with up to 5PQE and be joining a team led by a recognised leading lawyer in this field. With experience of employer and employee work you will be a commercially-minded ambitious lawyer;
