An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a well established high street practice in their Birmingham city centre office. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have a commercial approach to their work, along with a strong passion for Employment Law. This is the perfect opportunity for a solicitor who wants to run their own caseload with minimal supervision.
You will manage your own caseload of employment disputes, ranging from unfair dismissal to discrimination and whistle-blowing claims. The successful employment lawyer must have a minimum 2+ years PQE as either a solicitor or chartered legal executive and experience in carrying out their own advocacy in employment tribunals.
