Employment Solicitor (0-3 Yrs. PQE)
My client is a leading, Top 100 UK law firm, operating in Cambridge, Chelmsford, Ipswich, Norwich and the surrounding areas. They hold an excellent reputation and numerous rankings in the legal 500 and Chambers directories. They currently seek an ambitious Employment Solicitor with 0-3 Yrs. PQE to join their Top-ranked Employment team based in Chelmsford, Essex on a full-time permanent basis. Salary competitive, dependant on experience.
The employment law team has experience in all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, representing clients from a broad range of public and private organisations as well as individuals and senior executives and is properly recognised; 'Top Ranked' Chambers UK 2017 and 'Top Tier' Legal 500 2016.
The department is innovative and seeking to find ways of developing its offering and services to clients harnessing all modern technologies. The team is friendly and cohesive and is now looking to recruit an enthusiastic, bright professional in response to increasing volumes of work. The chosen Employment Solicitor would be expected to play an active role in marketing and practice development as well as providing a high level of service to existing clients. You would be expected to attend breakfast and evening events and will be expected to quickly gain the trust and credibility of colleagues, clients and contacts. A solicitor with circa NQ - 3 years PQE, with employment law experience gained within a well-regarded city, regional or national firm is essential. The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge of the law yet be able to think commercially and analytically so as to provide accurate and practical advice to company clients and high net worth individuals which is tailored to their needs
