We are recruiting on behalf of a Wakefield based law firm for an experienced Employment Paralegal / Fee Earner or Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their expanding respondent law team.
This is a busy and expanding firm with an excellent reputation in the market, and a fantastic opportunity to progress your career within a commercial Employment law environment.
Experience of Respondent Employment work is desirable but applications will be considered from those with Claimant Employment Law experience.
Responsibilities are likely to include;
- Managing a caseload of both contentious and non contentious matters
- Attending and carrying out preliminary hearings
- Drafting legal documentation and settlement agrements
Providing advice in relation to every area of Employment Law issues including tribunal matters, discrimination, TUPE transfers, disciplinary, dismissal and redundancy matters.
