Energy Resourcing Europe are a recruitment company who recruit personnel engaged on oil & gas and energy projects throughout EMEA. We are looking to recruit on a staff basis a Contracts & Compliance Coordinator / Business Administrator to lead our efforts in supporting the personnel we employ throughout though drafting and issuing contracts for new consultants as per client terms of business, including amendments, updates and extensions.
Performing compliance checks for all new consultants; recording and collating correct information and data as per client and legal requirements.
Contractor care and support; responding to all queries and information requests in a timely manner.
Providing Visa letters, employment references and other ad hoc confirmations.
Creating and updating departmental policies in line with company’s quality assurance system.
Maintaining client and consultant records accurately via CRM software.
Managing a small team of business support administrators, assisting with on boarding and off boarding consultants, recruitment administration.
Assisting with business development proposals; formatting and administration
Updating Regional information via company Sharepoint site
Assisting with internal audits
General business administration and support to the management team as required
Ad hoc office management duties; stationary orders, company post, mailshots and organising social events.
HR support; managing and updating company holiday and sickness records
Performing inductions for new starters; information and HSE
3 to 4 years’ experience
Business administration qualification preferable
Previous experience in recruitment useful
