We are currently seeking an Employment Consultant to work in Guildford
Working in a fast-paced environment you will conduct a range of recruitment and development activities to ensure individuals receive the training and skills required to re-enter the employment market.
Responsibilities will include:
*To support candidates to gain employment and sustain in employment.
*To manage the candidate experience, inspire and gain commitment to overcome barriers through successful delivery of development plans at all stages of the candidate journey through to sustained employment.
*To meet or exceed KPIs and performance targets
*To ensure contract compliance
*Engaging with local employers to deliver effective recruitment solutions
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience of sales, stakeholder management and building relationships, and will have worked within a customer facing/recruitment role.
All applicants must be highly organised, with good time management skills, IT literate, excellent written and verbal communications skills and be able to work to targets.
