This role is a 12 mths FTC role - an important and challenging role for an enthusiastic and personable individual who wants to be part of the ongoing development of the Employment team, within the Company Commercial Department.

Advising a wide range of clients on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, including day to day advice on employee relations issues, contract and document drafting, policy and procedures, corporate support and due diligence, TUPE consultation and related issues
Dealing with the full range of tribunal claims and tribunal advocacy
Other contentious work might include high ct claims for injunctive relief relating to breach of confidentiality and restrictive covenants
Advising clients on risk management to include training workshops
- Managing WIP, Billings, aged debts and meeting financial and work done/chargeable hours targets
- Targetting potentil clients
- Skills and experience
- Law degree or equivalent; strong academic record
- employment lawyer with 2-4 years post qualification experience who is able to hit the ground running
