Employer Engagement Consultant - Surrey
£25000 + Bonus + company car + Benefits
Our client is a well-established good specialist training provider operating from 45 centres across England They are dedicated to the health and social care sector and they understand the needs of both the employer and the learner. They consistently achieve a higher than average success rate of apprenticeship completion.
They currently seek to appoint a full-time and permanent Business Development Consultant to engage with employers in the Surrey region with the purpose of selling their training and apprenticeship provision and services. You will be engaging with employers and learners across the region via phone, email and face to face meetings. Ideally you will be located within easy reach of road links and willing to travel on a daily basis with access to your own vehicle.
Duties will include:
* Achieving sales targets and developing the business
* Face to face sales
* Cold calling
* Lead generation
* Client development
* Advising on Apprenticeships
* Information, Advice and Guidance
* Maintaining records and databases
They are looking for candidates with excellent sales, negotiation, communication and organisational skills. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a face to face sales capacity and work towards targets and KPIs. It would be advantageous if you have experience promoting training opportunities to employers however not essential.
The salary on offer is £20000 - £25000 +Company car (post probation) + mileage + Benefits
