Employee Services is made up of core administration teams and specialist teams who look after our 16,000 UK based employees across a range of roles in construction, utilities and Rail.
Why work for us
Our successful candidate will have proven administration skills and be self-motivated but also able to work under instruction; they will be proactive and able to use their initiative but, at the same time, be responsive to changing needs of our customers and adapt very quickly. The new team member who joins us will be used to high volume workloads and will be able to work towards our KPIs of timeliness and quality. A good attention to detail is absolutely critical in this role and our successful candidate will take full responsibility for the quality of their own work as well as supporting colleagues in maintaining our high standards. Strong verbal and written communicative skills are hugely valued in Employee Services; our customers are at the centre of everything we do and we need to ensure that we are able to communicate effectively with them.
We value diversity and celebrate individual differences, believing that our inclusive culture helps the business continue to grow as a strong, dynamic and innovative organisation.
