Employee Relations Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to work 5 days a week, Monday - Friday - 37 hours.
Your role will be to provide professional, timely advice and support to both internal and external customers.
For this particular role you will need to have demonstrable experience of advising and supporting managers in the execution of complex types of ER casework, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
This position is for 3 months with the potential of this being extended to 6 months.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications & experience;
HR/OD qualification at degree level or equivalent.
Chartered Member of CIPD or equivalent.
Up to date knowledge of employment law, including case law & Codes of Practice.
Experience of advising and supporting managers, to include disciplinary/grievance processes.
Experience of employee relations, consulting with trade unions and professional associations.
Planning, co-ordination and organisational skills to manage priorities to meet deadlines/outcomes.
