Our Peterborough based client has a new role requiring a passion for working closely with the business using a consultative style to advise and coach to resolve complex and sometimes sensitive employee relations issues.
You will take pride in making independent recommendations, be involved in supporting in hearings and people related change management programmes. Relationship building and excellent communication skills are key to the success of the role enabling you to add value and advise rather than TELL.
