Are you an experienced ER Advisor who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments?

We’re looking for a commercially minded Employee Relations Advisor to join a collaborative HR team supporting a diverse, field-based workforce across the South of England.

In this role, you’ll:

• Advise and guide managers on a wide range of complex ER matters
• Work closely with HR Business Partners and line managers
• Be a trusted point of contact for all things ER – from disciplinaries and grievances to performance and absence management
• Support change initiatives including TUPE and redundancy consultations
• Deliver a high-quality, legally compliant service with a practical, people-first approach

What you’ll bring:

• ? Proven experience in an ER Advisor role (not your first ER step)
• ? Ability to manage complex casework across dispersed teams
• ? Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset
• ? Comfortable working in gritty, fast-moving sectors
• ? A full UK driving licence – travel is part of the role (expenses covered)
