Ideally we are looking for someone with recent experience of ER in an advisory capacity. You should have a clear understanding of ER policies, procedures and processes and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate will need to build positive and effective relationships with line managers and employees. You should have strong organisational skills to support you in managing competing priorities and handling your caseload efficiently and effectively.

This is a great opportunity to join a team that really values its employees. The role will be split with around 80% being office based in Stratford Upon Avon and 20% being at sites across the UK supporting line managers face to face. This may sometimes change depending on the needs of the business.
