To administer, submit and report on Inchcape’s variable pay including Commission and Bonus for all levels of job grade throughout the company.

Main Responsibilities
  • Calculate variable pay for employees (bonuses & commissions / incentives)
    • Post accruals into the accounts within agreed timescales
  • Calculate Line Managers Bonus payments, ready for FFC checking – forecast throughout the quarter using actual / WBR information
    • Post accruals into the accounts within agreed timescales
    • Post quarter end adjustments into the accounts within agreed timescales
  • Prepare variable pay monthly & ad hoc analysis
  • Develop & run audit reports and inform stakeholders about the results of audit tests

Analyse submitted pay data against authorised pay schemes and reports non-compliant cases and behaviour

The Ideal Candidate

Core Leadership skills required

  • Experience of working in a high volume  transaction environment essential
  • Strong Customer 1st focus
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Process orientated mind-set
  • Strong Time Management skills
  • Self-management skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) including Index/Match, Pivot Tables
  • AAT qualification preferred
  • Driving licence essential
