The role is crucial in developing the organisation for future success in helping to become a top 20 Sunday Times Best Company and an employer of choice. Working closely with the directors, managers and colleagues you’ll bring to life their values of integrity, open, inclusive, caring in everything you do, and put in place the plans, initiatives and actions required to be successful.
You’ll have demonstrable experience in leading employee engagement work in other organisations, preferably with experience of working with the Best Companies methodology. You’ll be naturally driven, with exceptional communication skills along with an analytical, systematic approach to your work. With proven project management experience, you’ll be able to demonstrate how you will put in place detailed plans and the framework to deliver agreed outcomes to deadline. You’ll have experience of designing and facilitating engagement sessions for colleagues at all levels.
