Our client is one of the UK’s leading businesses. We are delighted to announce this exciting role within an expanding company, which at present has multiple sites throughout the UK.

The role is based on the border of Staffordshire, and is a brand new exciting opportunity for an experienced Employee Engagement individual. Due to our clients continued expansion the successful individual will work closely with a number of key individuals in the business to help shape and plan the engagement project.

The Role

  • Delivering and contributing to the employee engagement strategy to maximise retention and engagement levels

  • Understand what motivates, retains and engages employees and use this to shape future activities

  • Keep up to date with industry developments and ideas


  • Previous experience within a similar role is essential ideally within a sales or retail business but other industries will be considered

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

  • The ability to influence and motivate individuals

  • A warm, personable and approachable manner

  • Happy to travel as and when required (UK only)
