Employee Coordinator

Joining a rapidly expanding production company, this role is to ensure resourcing, planning, controlling and reporting of temporary staff within the production area. This includes maximising employee utilisation, ensuring budgetary levels are achieved, and ensuring effective updating of all administration and IT systems

To be considered for the role, you must have administration experience, along with HR resource planning. The role requires excellent attention to detail, clear communication skills, high level of numeracy and literacy, an awareness of HR/HSE/QA awareness

This is an on-going temporary position, which could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.
