An exciting Senior Employee Benefits Consultant opportunity has arisen within a good client of MB Fitzgerald. Our client is a young, forwards thinking business who are constantly aiming to provide excellence when consulting their clients. Our client is on the lookout for an Employee Benefits Consultant to join their growing team based out of Leicester. The focus for this role will be to develop and maintain a bank of Corporate Clients, the role will require high level relationship management and assisting existing corporate clients with queries related to group risk and group pension work, liaising between the company's representatives, product providers, trustees, actuaries, finance and HR directors along with other professional to help with the creation and implementation of group pension and employee benefit schemes.

In addition your role will include:

  • Adhere to my clients policy, procedures and best practice guidance with regards to the engagement, retention and advice for corporate clients
  • Adhere to compliance procedures and comply with the regulations of the Financial Conducts
  • Authority
  • Provide advice on the full range of employee benefits products and services, in particular Group
  • Pensions, Risk Benefits such as Life Cover and Income Protection, Workplace Savings, and Flexible Benefits
  • Generate new business from clients requiring employee benefits advice, targeting SME and larger clients
  • Create, build and maintain long term client relationships, through quality of service and advice, and build relationships with internal stakeholders to generate new business
  • Obtain a full understanding of client's current circumstances and provisions together with future aims
  • Research and communicate appropriate options to corporate clients alongside group risk
  • Communicate information to clients in a manner appropriate for their particular level of understanding
  • Provide clients with information on new and existing products and services
  • Review clients' employee benefits services and products and advise them on appropriate changes
  • Explain the potential benefits and disadvantages of various products and services to clients

Our client can offer an exceptional salary of £65,000 + Bonus & Benefits
