You'll be working for an established financial services provider that has offices and advisers across the UK. They're looking to expand their corporate advice team in the south west and have two vacancies in Bristol and Bath with existing clients to service.
You'll be working predominantly in the auto enrolment pensions market place but also with a strong focus on business protection as the company is keen to expand it's presence in this area and there are considerable opportunities to do so within the existing client base. You will be expected to expand this client base via networking and referrals once established, the role has a strong sales focus with competitive bonus scheme. If level 4 diploma (financial planning) qualified you will also be authorised to advise personal clients otherwise this business will be referred onto a qualified colleague. Office bases are available in Bath or Cardiff with some flexibility to work from home occasionally once training is completed.
You must have current or recent sales experience working in the pensions and protection marketplace and be confident at giving presentations on financial services products as well as being able to deal with senior managers such as HR and company directors. Ideally you will also have the full QCF level 4 diploma in financial planning, if not you must be working towards this.
Salary: £40,000 plus a bonus of 30% of any fee income generated above monthly target. 35 hours per week, between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch break), Holidays are 25 days holiday per year, increases to 26 days after five complete years’ service and then by 1 additional day per year up to a maximum of 30 days.
