Position:Employee Benefits BDM
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000
Purpose of Role: To proactively develop new business opportunities and strategic growth across the UK. To generate and negotiate new relationships and opportunities from a variety of sources.
Identify and develop long term relationships with potential new professional partners;
Develop the employer relationships (profile all senior management, client satisfaction, new opportunities in order to understand the client’s needs);
Develop and maintain a contract strategy based on various communication methods, i.e. face to face meetings/telephone calls/emails and networking;
Develop and implement a two-way referral process with our chosen professional partners;
Attend the monthly Marketing Committee meetings and contribute to the overall marketing strategy with particular focus on the EB Function;
Understand all products within the employee benefits portfolio and identify opportunities to cross sell and promote other services, such as; advice in the workplace;

Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma qualified or equivalent
Pension qualifications G60, AF3
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

Is able to manage complex relationships inside and outside of the business
Manages communication to others to ensure that messages are consistent, considers their audience carefully, are timely and takes consideration of the wider organisation

Adopts a strategic view with all tasks and projects
Ensures personal and team focus on delivery of client service, activities and/or projects with complete understanding for sense of urgency and pace within the business
