I am currently working with a nationwide Wealth Management Firm who has an excellent reputation in the industry.

Due to expansion, they are now looking for an Employee Benefits Adviser to join their team in London. You will be working as part of a team and will be responsible for advising their clients and individual employees. A key part of the role is advising on employer’s pension schemes and servicing existing members of group pension scheme. Most schemes my client work on have employees paying personal contributions by way of salary sacrifice so you will have some exposure to this.

The ideal candidate will need to be diploma qualified with Employee Benefits Advise experience. The role will require you to attend client meetings so you must have excellent communication skills and able to build relationships.
