Employee Benefits Administrator

Our client a leading financial services firm based in Cheltenham are looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join their busy office.

Working alongside and providing proactive support to consultants you will manage a portfolio of clients, whose needs range from group pensions through to group life and income protection scheme administration, including scheme reviews and rebroking exercises. You will be involved in, setting up and running schemes, managing joiners, leavers and retirements, preparing scheme reviews and governance reports. This role involves regular contact with clients, either over the phone, in writing or face to face in meetings.

Successful candidates will have been working in Employee Benefits Administration within a consultancy or financial advisor firm and want to progress your career within Financial Services. An understanding of pensions and group risk products is required along with strong IT skills and interpersonal/communication abilities.
