The Oxford school educate pupils from diverse backgrounds with notable social, emotional and mental health needs. As an Emotional and Mental Health Support Worker will be responsible for supporting these children and coaching them on a 1-1 basis. Day to day tasks and challenges can be difficult to approach, which makes you a crucial part of these young students developing life skills and confidence. The school has professionals on site regularly to provide guidance to the support staff. This guidance ensures the candidate can take an educated approach when helping students.

While working as an Emotional and Mental Health Support Worker you will receive valuable training and learn correct processes for supporting SEMH students.   • £80-£95 daily wage
  • Graduates encouraged to apply
  • Professional industry experience
  • 8:30 - 3:30, Monday - Friday

Experience working with younger children with additional needs would be beneficial but not mandatory, the ideal candidate will be studying/achieved a 2:1 in a Psychology, Criminology, Sociology, Health and Social Care r relevant degree.
