Emergency Travel Executive

Duties & responsibilities
*Fully service all travel requests to include all air, rail hotel and/or other ancillary service reservations
*Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring the highest possible standards are delivered at all times with a personalized and individual approach to each client
*Handle top VIP travel clients
*Problem solve in pressurized situations
*To work to deadlines and prioritize workload
*Be able to maintain a High attention to detail in a fast paced environment
*Respond and react to any client queries in a timely and satisfactory manner

Experience Required
*Minimum 10 years' Experience in the Travel Industry
*Galileo /Apollo GDS - ticketing and reissue experience essential
*Preferred BA1 & BA2 or VA1 & VA2 Fares
*Highest level of customer service
*Time management and organisational skills are essential
*Experience working with entertainment/groups/VIP bookings preferred
*Previous Emergency/24hours Experience preferred
*Previous homeworking experience ideally
*OOH experience / shift work
*VVIP Client handling
Salary is dependent on location and experience, but in the region of £30pa to £40kpa.
Full time hours of 40 per week made up of 5 x 8 hour shifts - shifts of 8 hours (0700-1500/1500-2300/2300-0700). This will include 1 weekend off in 5-6 weeks.
