One of our large Financial clients is currently looking for an experienced EMEA TRAINING MANAGER - COMPLIANCE/RISK, responsible for delivering E - learning training s and develop the content


To be a main contributor to the global compliance and risk training and communications

program, training over 25,000 staff annually. This involves influencing, leading with authority, planning, managing stakeholders and projects, reporting and designing courses and content.


  • Act as support to the Global Head of Communications and Training - Risk and Compliance
  • Work closely with the Compliance, Risk and Training teams within EMEA and in the US
  • Support delivering the global risk and compliance training - 5 builds for all staff eLearning and 30 small targeted off the shelf eLearning courses
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Stakeholders and vendors to assist with the successful execution of the annual Global Compliance & Risk Training Plan
  • Working with course topic SMEs to research, create and deliver training material
  • Project management skills and ability to work on own initiative to ensure multiple projects run smoothly and are delivered on time
  • Work with the Learning Management System team for launching all courses and rectification of any system related issues
  • Dealing with queries from trainees, follow ups and exemptions from courses
  • Monitoring participation levels for courses, provide updates to Stakeholders and escalate where required in accordance with the Global Corporate Compliance Training Standard
  • Provide monthly reporting for EMEA
  • Provide quarterly legal entity reporting globally, feeding into the local board risk reports

The successful candidate will benefit from having:

  • Instructional design skills - a good writer
  • Understanding of Captivate, Adobe produces, Vyond
  • Ability to influence and manage diplomatically
  • Have built and delivered eLearning and class solutions
  • Compliance or legal background an advantage - preferably financial services
  • Communication background an advantage
