We are delighted to be working with a returning client who are on the market for a Trilingual Team Manager who can speak German (priority) and Spanish/French, as well as a very good level of english peaking and writing.
You will be managing a team of 8 multilingual agents who cover EMEA via multi channels. The team can cover a wide variety of services including complaints, general enquires and support. You will be responsible for ensuring targets are met and the training and continued development of your team is kept up to date
- Contact Centre Experience
- Team Management experience of 18months or more
- Fluent in German, English, and French or Spanish
Candidates who can speak three or more of the above will be considered, any candidates who cannot fluently speak the required languages will not be considered
