EMEA Solutions Marketing Manager - Surrey - £50-60K plus Bonus
My client is one of the European market leaders in the technology software, where they offer a number of propositions around printing solutions. With their HQ based in Surrey, their team is constantly growing, helping the brand go from strength to strength.
Currently, they are looking for 2 Solutions Marketing Managers for the EMEA region, each covering a vertical - Healthcare and Retail.
Reporting to the EMEA Vertical Propositions General Manger is a senior business development professional and expert on understanding Retail / Healthcare PRINT ecosystem: partners (Sis, VARs, software houses, accessories suppliers, etc.) and customer processes and pain points to help to develop niche sales strategies.
The EMEA Retail / Healthcare Industry Leader will have a broad knowledge of general business trends and directions as it relates to the Retail / Healthcare industry sector and can link these back to document output expertise within the Retail / Healthcare industry.
EMEA Retail / Healthcare Industry Leader will be responsible for the development and implementation of a European Retail/Healthcare Strategy to develop the business in the targeted vertical segments across Europe. This responsibility will include the identification of key market opportunities, key players into the ecosystem, and customer segments leveraging current product, service and solutions capabilities.
Identify and build relationships with key System Integrators, VARS and Software Solution Providers (or other suppliers) focused on target PRINT market Retail / Healthcare segments by country.
Build brand value proposition for identified target customers.
Responsible to deliver European/International Retail/Healthcare marketing Ground Plan (to feed Sales plan/team), by developing European/International local sales expertise, ensuring sales execution within local target market segments.
Ensure communication and adoption of Retail/ Healthcare Value Proposition by sales teams across EMEA.
Responsibility for Industry Marketing, including events, PR and marketing promotional activities.

At least 5 years vertical expertise and IT solutions & services marketing & sales experience selling into relevant vertical industry (e.g. Retail, Healthcare) translating into:
- Bringing in deep knowledge of the mechanics and nuances of each industry
- Knowledge of how to identify and leverage new business opportunities
- Creating a stronger ability to identify new business opportunities within target verticals
- Acquisition of new contacts and network within target verticals and ecosystems
- Acquisition of specific market expertise to complement product and solutions knowledge
