Salary: 90 - 150k, OTE 200K, housing allowance, travel allowance

My client is a market leading Global software developer who are currently looking to recruit a talented EMEA Sales Director to take full control of the European sales division across 3 sales teams across Europe and the UK. The successful candidate is a natural leader who loves to sell and has a talent for nurturing relationships, developing efficient selling sales team.
The ideal candidate will be the following:
Able to travel on a monthly basis across Europe
Hands-on approach to tackling tactical as well as strategic consultative work
BA/BS in sales, business management or related field
5+ years experience in sales/business development, ideally for a leading Software company
Proven track record of successful six figure sales
Demonstrated ability to instigate, carry through and close deals
Demonstrated ability to be creative and think outside the box in terms of deal structure and framework
An ability to assess client needs effectively and address needs through new products and services
A proven track record delivering on or exceeding revenue goals
Strong technical knowledge and appreciation
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
