EMEA Product Manager - Immunoassay

As EMEA Product Manager, you will be responsible for the company's Immunoassay product lines collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, deploy and build a sustainable competitive advantage and establish measurable benefits to the Immunoassay business, by executing ROI's and KPI metrics.

Core responsibilities as EMEA Product Manager - Immunoassay:

  • Subject matter expert in the immunoassay product lines, competitor offerings and customers
  • Maintain a profile including pricing, positioning, advantages/disadvantages and marketing activities/strategy
  • Monitor and analyse performance of immunoassay product lines, as well as customers and, be accountable to drive strategies to improve customer satisfaction, facilitate sales, and drive growth and profitability
  • Drive the core positioning and messaging for the immunoassay product lines. Collaborate with extended team members to facilitate the launch of new immunoassay products and present concepts and drafts to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing communications to plan and execute campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all EMEA channels
  • Develop sales tools and communicate sales strategy and value propositions to sales channels (internal and external), including appropriate technical and positioning training
  • Advise and set pricing in the market(s) to achieve revenue and profitability goals
  • Travel to represent the product(s) and company at exhibitions, as well as in front of customers, when required
  • Work closely with the sales team within EMEA and marketing departments across the organisation to ensure that the product management activities are aligned with brand strategies

In order to apply you should meet all or most of the following criteria:

  • Degree qualified or higher in Molecular / Cell Biology / Immunology
  • Proven track record in sales and / or product management, preferably supporting Luminex or ELISAs
  • Understanding of strategy and execution
  • Strong analytical mind-set with the ability to collect and understand competitive market intelligence
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Have the ability to effectively manage multiple projects
  • Must be able to act independently and work cross-functionally
  • Effective at building customer relationships
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Location - anywhere in Europe (must be close to an international airport)
  • Flexible to travel internationally
