Managing the link between the US Head Office, and the EMEA Region as the 'go to' HR Business Partner
Varied role, taking an EMEA lead on a number of key HR projects and initiatives

The role will take responsibility for the HR needs of a group of individuals spread across the EMEA region. You will work with local HRD's to provide a HR BP relationship between their local teams and the EMEA head office. The main aspect to the role will be project based, and recent examples have been looking at job title's across the region; internal salary bandings; career mapping and salary benchmarking. The next project will be to work on a leadership programme for senior personnel within the company, and roll that out across the region.
The successful candidate will have worked most recently as a HR Business Partner, for a large international business. Candidates should evidence how they have shaped a role previously, demonstrating how they have lead key projects. Candidates should also be happy with data, and technology day to day, as well having strong presentation skills. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys a very faced paced working environment, someone who can think on their feet and who is very proactive in their nature.
A salary of between £60,000 to £70,000 depending on experience, plus a strong benefits package. Parking is available on site, and the train station is easily accessible.
