EMEA Head of Sales Training
As an integral member of the Regional Management team, the European Head of Sales Training will be responsible for the creation, development and implementation of sales training programmes to improve the effectiveness of the sales organisation through better customer engagements.
They key responsibilities will include -
Develop and deliver the strategic training road-map.
Lead the training community and nurture a culture of career development.
Build a training repository based on e-learning, group training, coaching and 'in the trenches’ sales rep mentoring.
Drive top-line improvements across the entire region and launch excellence to secure profitable growth and measurable productivity lifts.
Contribute with innovation to accelerate our organisational capabilities and to align the training agenda.
Coordinate sales training validation and ongoing coaching efforts with internal key stakeholders and incorporate on-the-ground intelligence that supports a global but local culture.
- Introduce validation tools to capture qualitative sales effectiveness metrics in real-time.
Continuously develop and enhance new business selling model, management coaching and KAM training programmes.
This Sales Training experience will include both strategic (creating training road-maps etc) and well as hands-on delivery experience.
