Are you a University Educated Graduate with 2+ years experience in B2B Sales, Account Management or Client Services? Are you keen to take on role that is more about client service, project management and closing the deal rather then hunting new business? If so, look no further!

This is a perfect opportunity for a driven Account Manager to join a progressive and collaborative commercial design business. The successful applicant will help corporate financial clients navigate through the design process of there bespoke marketing creations. This will be done by helping to identify client needs, liaise with designers and production to ensure that client projects are delivered on time, to a high quality and the deals are ultimately closed with the up-most care in client service.

As this role will service EMEA clients, a second language in French, Italian, German or Spanish would be ideal, but not required. Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must however! Prior experience in selling to the financial services sector is a plus!

The Account Manager will need to have creativity, strong customer service and organisational skill, and be driven to close sales. This is a varied role that has a vast range of responsibilities within the team, including closing sales with new and existing clients. (this is not a business development role, but rather focused on client service and helping projects be completed to close a sale)

.Earn the ability to work from home 2-3 days per week AFTER your first 18-24 months

Duties and Responsibilities:

.Coordinate multiple projects at one time across different countries from implementation to close
.Interact with clients, designers, and vendors on all aspects of the project including concept, design, price, and production.
.Maintain individual weekly sales & profit reports to track growth and sales progress
.Work with existing clients to review their level of satisfaction and inquire about potential
new opportunities
.Perform other duties as assigned


. University degree and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an account management/client relations position (B2B)
. Strong understanding of sales and customer service
. Excellent command of English both written and spoken, with the ability to interact smoothly, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
. Ability to deal with tight deadlines, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
. Excellent social skills with pleasant personality and professional appearance
. Ability to work independently, goal-oriented and self-motivated
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet browsers
