Electronics Technician required for a bespoke Technical Services provider within the Lancaster area
Your new company
You will join a well established business based just outside of Lancaster City Centre as an Electronics Technician. The business provides Electronics, Software and Technical Solutions to bespoke businesses in the area. A well renowned business who are looking for an enthusiastic technician to join their team.
Your new role
Repairing and testing electronic equipment
Assembly and testing and electronic equipment
You will deal with a number of internal departments and external customers and suppliers
Preparing product documentation and writing reports
Working within a team to design new systems, circuits and devices
Developing existing products and technology
Helping to support and supervise fellow colleagues
Generating and interpreting designs and drawings, and operating instructions
Recording, analysing, interpreting and maintaining test data and records
Writing technical reports and specifications
Client specific paperwork
Adhering to health and safety regulations when on client sites.
What you'll need to succeed
You must show a high level of enthusiasm for the role, as well as an aptitude to learn. You will be working with equipment and on software that will be new to you, so you must show willingness and flexibility towards your work.
You must also have a background in Electronics, ideally a Qualification however relevant experience will suffice.
Attitude is key, and the business are looking for positive and hard working individuals to join their already successful workshop.
Pursuing personal development of skills and knowledge.
